Hot Weather Shipping Information
During the hot summer months the butters in the naturally effective deodorants may soften or melt. I am unable to guarantee that the deodorant will arrive in the same condition in which it was sent, but this does not harm nor affect the quality of your product. The product is shrink wrapped to ensure no product is lost if melting or softening occurs. With a few steps you can be enjoying your product within the hour.
For Softened or Melted Product
- DO NOT OPEN SHRINK WRAP - this will ensure product stays in the container
- For melted product - shake vigorously for one minute to ensure there isn't any separation and product remains smooth.
- Place softened product in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, for melted product please allow 30 minutes.
- Remove product from refrigerator and allow to warm back to room temperature. *This is important, as the twist-up portion of the tube is intended to dispense at room temperature. Turning it to force out the cold product may cause the mechanism to fail.

Du to the nature of these products, returns will not be accepted. Sample scents are available if you would like to test before buying a full-size product.
