Ready to return the diaper(s) that didn't work for you?
1. Wash your diapers one final time - Ensure they are completely dry when packed! Even slightly damp diapers can grow mold while in transit.
2. Pack the diapers - no special packing required (aka bubble wrap, or repackaging the diapers with their cardboard tags)
3. Purchase delivery confirmation and ship them back to

4. Please email me with the delivery confirmation so we can know when to look for your package. Also in that email, please let me know what you'd like to do next - buy more of what you loved, talk through positives and frustrations, or any other questions that might be lingering in your mind.
5. Once your package comes back, we will inspect and confirm the amount owed. We inspect in weekly batches, so don't worry if you don't hear from us immediately.
