- Online orders: Itsy Bitsy Bums accepts Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.
- Party orders: Itsy Bitsy Bums accepts cash, checks, Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Note a $30 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

- Keeping it Green!
- In an effort to be as green as possible, IBB does not include any paperwork with your orders; you will not receive a packing slip, printed information packet or additional receipt (your Paypal order confirmation sent via email is your receipt).
- In addition, we ship with biodegradable mailers or repurposed packaging whenever possible.
- Shipping address notice
- Please understand Paypal does not allow us to change addresses on orders. This is for both your protection and ours, as that is how accounts can be compromised.
- If the address on your purchase is incorrect, it is your responsibility to contact us about the error. We will then cancel the order, and issue you an invoice for the total owed. When you make payment again, you can then update your address to the correct destination. This is to protect both you and us, as we both do not want anyone to misuse your account and we process too many orders to manually update them.
- In short, please please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order! We will not be responsible for merchandise lost because it was shipped to an old address.
Delivery
- Local orders (Kansas City metro area and Lawrence) over $100 qualify for free delivery and one 30-minute consultation
- Please note at checkout if you would like your order delivered. If delivery isn't mentioned, your order will be shipped.
Order Changes/Cancellations
- Please contact me as soon as you realize you need to change your order. If your order has not shipped, I am happy to work with you to make it just what you need.
- Effective 1.1.12 - canceled orders will be refunded as store credit.
Out of Stock/Backorder
- Orders are filled in the order in which they are received.
- In the event an item oversells, I will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund and discuss expected restocking date.
Bitsy Bucks
- Make your diapers work for you (even more than they already do!)
- Any purchase at Itsy Bitsy Bums earns Bitsy Bucks, good towards future purchases
- How it Works
- Every dollar you spend earns you 1 Bitsy Buck
- Once you have earned 100 Bitsy Bucks you will receive $10 in store credit
- Store credit can only be applied to a future purchase, and cannot be used on the purchase which earned it
- Rental and trial packages earn Bitsy Bucks for the total rental fee only (deposits do not earn Bitsy Bucks); any items kept from the trial package will earn Bitsy Bucks
- Bitsy Bucks can only be used on full-priced merchandise, and cannot be combined with any other discount, sale or promotion.
- Feel free to contact me at any time to double check how many Bitsy Bucks you have.
- Tax & Shipping charges do not count towards your Bitsy Bucks.

Returns and Exchanges
- Effective 1.1.12 - returns must be received within 30 days. Store credit (less any shipping charges we paid shipping the product to you) will be issued for your return.
- Any unused merchandise may be returned for any reason within 30 days. You can choose to either receive a refund or store credit.
- Items must be returned new and in original packaging.
- Any items returned new, but with damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a 30% restocking fee
- I do not reimburse for shipping charges to send the item to me. Regular shipping rates apply to ship an exchange back to you.
- Note: You must contact me prior to sending your return or exchange.
- Registry purchases are offered a 120-day return policy. Please see here for more details.
- All Preloved diapers are final sale only.
Defective Merchandise
- As soon as you have a problem with a product please contact me so we can resolve the issue.
- Each manufacturer has their own policy regarding defective merchandise, and I will do my absolute best to fix any issues within the confines of the manufacturer's guidelines and requirements.
Privacy Statement
- Your privacy is very important to me. Any information collected with your order or at a diaper party will not be sold nor used for anything other than to send you discounts, love letters and other such goodness.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service. If IBB cancels your order a full refund will be sent via Paypal.
